Fascination Rocks

As one of the most important tourist centers of the Grand Duchy, Berdorf, on a high plateau, also dominates the valleys of the Black Ernz, the Sauer and the Aesbach. Very rich and well-kept walks (65 km) lead through gorges, grottos and rocks to beautiful viewpoints.

Route 2 of the Müllerthal Trail and many local circular walks lead through gorges, caves, grottes and fissures to beautiful viewpoints on felted plates at dizzying heights. Well-known rock formations are: Perecop, Hohllay, Devil's Island, Predigtstuhl, Roitzbachschlüff, Tour Malakoff, Labyrinth, Siebenschlüff, ...
